New Moon Ceremony

We will join together in circle on the first New Moon of 2023. New moons are a beautiful and magical time to set intentions. These intentions can be something you are calling into your life, how you want to feel or just allowing more gratitude in your daily life.
Join me January 21st from 2-4 pm. This circle will include:
- Cacao Offering (optional)
- EFT Tapping
- Sound Meditation
- Movement, Shaking & Dance
Please bring anything to help you be comfy; A mat, water, blanket, pillow and a journal.
