Renewal Spring Retreat

Join Andrea & Kelwyn for a Spring Renewal Retreat on April 15th from 1-4 pm. Each person will receive a beautiful new journal. Snacks (gluten free & vegan options), Ceremonial Cacao & fruit infused water will be included, but please feel free to bring snacks for yourself as well. Bring a mat, blanket/pillow for comfort, refillable water bottle and anything else you would love. Space will be limited. Only 12 spots available.
This afternoon will include:
-Ceremonial Cacao
-Journaling
-Spring Energy Medicine Practices
-Kriya Yoga & movement
-Creative time with painting & design a flower mandala
