Join Jared and Andrea for a rejuvenating evening up at Acreage by Stew Ciders. We will be offering an hour with YIN YOGA + a SOUND BATH.
Each ticket includes a delicious Cider, Beer or non-alcoholic beverage. Bring your friends, and stay afterwards to enjoy a yummy dinner at Acreage. Reservations recommended. The donut flight for desert is fabulous.
Please bring a mat, blanket and a water. We will be a in the barrel room, so please wear layers so you are warm enough. This class is for all levels—no experience needed, just an open heart and comfy clothes. Included in all RMPY passes and memberships. $28 drop in.
