Nikki Rogers
Nikki discovered yoga in 1999 in Atlanta, GA, while teaching Pilates at a local studio. As an ex ballet and modern dancer, she was immediately drawn into the physical and demanding nature of the practice, and after moving to Boulder, she completed Richard Freeman’s 200 hour Ashtanga yoga teacher training at the Yoga Workshop in 2005. Always craving more knowledge, she then went on to complete numerous other teacher trainings, receiving 400+ hours with CorePower Yoga (Power, Hot and Yin) and then another 300 hours in Integrated Vinyasa with Gina Caputo at the Colorado School of Yoga. Nikki’s flow classes are moderately paced, fun and light-hearted, and are appropriate for all levels. She’s known for building her classes to a safe yet challenging peak pose, always warming the body up adequately and allowing each student to work to their appropriate edge.
After experiencing a serious neck injury and living in pain for close to 8 years, Nikki discovered Kaiut Yoga and has never looked back. It completely healed her neck in ways doctors never could, and because of that, she has since dedicated most of her time and energy getting as much training in this life changing method as possible. She has been teaching Kaiut since 2018, and has seen unbelievable results in people of all ages, abilities and circumstances. She will be participating in additional advanced training this summer, as her goal is to share this method with everyone and anyone who wants to live their best life!
In addition to teaching yoga full time, Nikki also has her Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition, and when she’s not teaching, you will find her spending time with her family (which includes husband Matt, daughter Dylan, 4 dogs and 1 cat!), cooking (and eating!), and shopping in any thrift store she can find!

Andrea Stamp
Hello I am Andrea. I am a Intuitive Energy Worker, E-RYT 200-hour certified Yoga teacher and Yoga Nidra Guide. In all my sessions, either a yoga class or an energy session, we will work together to bring more peace and balance to your energy body. I have a serious passion for holding and creating a space of rest, bliss and peace. Connecting back to our bodies and our wholeness is the greatest gift we can give ourselves. The yoga and energy in my classes will help to provide just that.
Having struggled for years with different autoimmune problems, I went on a mission to continue to find holistic ways to help my body heal. During all my teachings, I really started to appreciate how nourishing rest was in my healing journey. Practicing Reiki/Energy Work, Yoga Nidra, breath work, meditation and gentle yoga on a regular basis was a game changer for me and my body. That is why I am so passionate to share these practices with others.
My yoga classes are for everyone, no matter where you are on your yoga journey. My classes are gentle and include breathwork, Kriyas and different forms of meditation.

Luanne
Pilates along with Yoga has helped me tremendously through my PPMS (Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis) journey. I was doing Pilates prior to my 2015 diagnosis and as I declined over a 4 year period I could barely do anything. I persist in moving my body however much it can and I take care of my whole body. My neurologists are all amazed with the progress I’ve made as this diagnosis leaves you wheelchair bound or bedridden within 18 months. Look at me now. To ensure I can continue to move at whatever level I am at, I continue Pilates training and obtained my 500 hour Yoga certification.
Teacher
Janna Marmon
Janna is a certified REB3L Groove & REB3L Strength instructor. Dancing and fitness have always been a big part of her life. When Janna entered college and no longer had high school sports or dance lessons to partake in, she felt like a piece of herself was missing. For nearly 10 years, she tried various exercise regimens but was still missing the communal aspect and fun that came along with dancing and playing sports as a team. She discovered REB3L (and the amazing community that surrounds it) in 2020 and was immediately hooked!
Janna finds so much joy in teaching both REB3L Groove and REB3L Strength. She loves working with women to help them grow their confidence and find their inner goddess. She strives to create an atmosphere in class that is welcoming, uplifting and non-judgmental. When Janna is not teaching, you can find her designing pretty packaging, whipping up something in the kitchen, tending to her garden or hanging out with her hubby and animals.
Teacher
Kim
Kim moved to CO in 2004 from the Chicago area. She has a degree in television broadcasting and journalism, and a Master’s degree in higher education, which brought her to Colorado and is her full-time career. Kim was on the dance team in high school and has always enjoyed music and dance. Aerobics, Zumba, Burlesque, and other dance fitness classes have always been her favorites. After an accident and significant head injury, Kim found the REB3L (REB-BELL) fitness format. Dance and music are known to help stimulate and improve brain function, and one of the reasons REB3L was initially so attractive.
After almost two years of classes, in 2021, Kim decided to become an instructor and is now Level 2 REB3L certified. REB3L is driven by beats, sweat, and community. REB3L® reveals your power, creates confidence, and builds strength through high intensity, fun full body workouts. Kim brings a passion for people, inclusion, entertainment, community, and confidence building to her classes. The only qualification to making someone a dancer is the love to dance. These classes are for everyBODY, no experience needed! Kim teaches the REB3L Groove, Strength and Restore formats.
Kim spends the rest of her time with her family of boys – partner Eldred, teenage sons Ty and Tristan – which includes sports, board games, cards, hiking, biking, road trips or just laughing together.

Lisa McAleavy
Movement has always been a central part of my life. I began dancing at a young age and was determined to pursue a career in it. In 1989 I attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts where Pilates was a daily requirement. Upon graduation with a BFA in dance, and while performing professionally in NYC, I began teaching classical Pilates in Princeton, NJ under the guidance of Anthony Rabara, protege of Romana Kryzanowska. In 1994 I moved to Boulder, CO and began teaching at The Pilates Center, as well as directing The Pilates Center’s Teacher Training Certification Program. After 16 years, I left The Pilates Center to help start a new business and raise my two young children.
Pilates has unquestionably kept me both physically and mentally centered and resilient. After experiencing firsthand Pilates’ benefits and seeing the changes it’s brought to my clients, I have deep trust that the Pilates method empowers, improves health and consistently delivers positive results. Launching my youngest off to college this fall, I’m excited to be back in the Pilates community and to be teaching at Rocky Mountain Pilates.

Teacher
Julie Long
I am a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher—NCPT—with over 20 years’ experience in the industry as a teacher, studio owner, and Pilates teacher trainer. I am a teacher who respects the roots of the method as well as current exercise science and innovation—my training spans both Classical and Contemporary Pilates styles.
I fell in love with Pilates when I discovered the exercise method as a young ballet dancer. I appreciated how Pilates helped me rehabilitate my injuries as well as keep me strong and in shape for dancing. After a dance injury sidelined my performing, I transitioned into a full-time Pilates teacher, and I completed my comprehensive certification in 2001. In February of 2005, I opened my first studio in Wichita, Kansas—Wichita Pilates Group, LLC—which I owned and operated until my move to Colorado in 2021. I now reside in Mead, Colorado with my husband Charles and my two, four-legged children Edward and Franklin.
Pilates has been a rewarding career for me. Not only do I love to empower my students with the tools they need to achieve greater health and wellbeing, to do that requires pursuing another passion of mine: education. Being a student is as much a joy for me as teaching, and my movement education has taken me all over the U.S. and Canada. One of the many benefits of the Pilates Method that initially impressed me, is its emphasis on meeting the individual where they are, so having a diverse movement education has given me the tools to work with all different skill levels and abilities.

Teacher
Lisa Oliver
Lisa Oliver grew up a true cowgirl on a ranch in Wyoming. Fitness began simply as riding horseback and exploring the rolling hills of the prairie surrounding her home. Lisa’s motivation to help others enjoy a healthy, active life ironically evolved from an unhealthy childhood. As a child, Lisa had chronic, congenital health issues. Although doctors discouraged athletics and strenuous activities, Lisa’s parents felt otherwise to which she attributes her health today. From her childhood experience has sprung a desire to encourage others to live a life of activity, whole foods and mindset awareness.
A lifelong athlete, Lisa’s fitness career began at 18-years-old teaching aerobic classes. She played competitive soccer into college which then developed into coaching for 27 years. Lisa was introduced to Pilates by her daughter and from that Lisa obtained her mat certification through Rocky Mountain Pilates & Yoga then continued to a full certification. Naturally, along with fitness comes overall health and wellbeing which Lisa has been studying and practicing since college obtaining a degree in Biology with a minor in physiological psychology. She is a certified holistic health coach, has a food and health certification from Stanford and continues to increase her knowledge and expertise so she can share how to age healthfully with strength, grace and confidence.
Having a love for fitness, to this day you can find Lisa lifting weights, cycling, hiking and perfecting her own Pilates practice. Lisa is a wife, mother of 6 and Gigi to 2 grandchildren (so far!). When she’s not in the gym or studio, you’ll find her traveling, reading, quilting and attending an occasional meditation retreat.
