Conscious Connected Breathing: Wake Up To Your Light

Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a breathing technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without any pauses. When we connect the breath our physiology shifts allowing us to explore altered states of consciousness. It’s this deep awareness of self and our connection with self, that lays the groundwork for profound personal development and tension release within the body. While each breathwork session will be unique, possible outcomes include: integrating self-limiting beliefs/past traumas, connecting with intuition, or resurfacing memories from birth or past life.
Breathwork is one of the safest and most direct ways to explore our body, mind, emotions, and spirituality. Additionally, research has shown breathwork enhances nervous system regulation and improves cardiovascular health, mental health, well-being, and immunity.

Things to know before you breathe:
- Limit food intake 1.5 hours prior to event.
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
- Bring a yoga mat, water bottle & chapstick. Optional items include a blanket, eye mask, journal, and small pillow.

Stacy Wallace is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Breathwork Practitioner. In addition to a full CCB session, breathworkees will learn the four tenants of CCB, self-resourcing, and experience a brief post-breathing process.
